  • Upon initial contact you make with me, we’ll set up a phone call, when we can “meet” over the phone and discuss wedding details. It’s also a great time to make sure we are going to be a great fit for each other!

  • Up to 3 pre-wedding meetings
Meeting 1. “The Planning Meeting”. We’ll find a time that works for both our schedules to meet at a coffee house to go over every detail you’ve already been working on - at this meeting we also begin your “Wedding Day Timeline” document and your ceremony (“Processional”) document which outlines how you want everyone walking down the aisle in detail - who walks with whom, to what music, etc. You might not have all of your vendors picked out yet, and that’s ok! Knowing that from our initial phone call, I will come prepared with a list of my recommended vendors to give you as a starting point.

At this meeting I will also collect a $100 deposit which will hold your date in my calendar. This 1.5-2 hour meeting is very thorough and is really a way for me to make sure everything has at least hit your radar and nothing is falling through the cracks. You’ll probably go home with lots of notes and maybe some homework! :)
Meeting 2. “The Venue Visit”. We will walk-thru your venue & meet with the venue coordinator. This meeting happens later in the planning stage, usually after your RSVPs have come in so we know how many guests we are actually dealing with. You’ll get to show me the space, how you’d like it set up and I’ll ask the person at the venue a zillion questions. Of course, this gives you and I a good time to touch base again and go over everything to make sure all of our final details are in place.
Meeting 3. “Final Details and Decor Pickup”. This is our final meeting to discuss final details, hand off your decor, etc. I love being able to come to you (or meet somewhere half way in between us) when I can get all of your decorations from you. I do this so I can take them home with me and “study” them for a week before your wedding day. This gets me super familiar with your items, I will re-pack and arrange them in a way that makes the most sense for me so when I arrive at your venue on your wedding day, I can hit the ground running and execute your set up flawlessly. This is a great time for us to touch on any final details that are still swirling about and tie everything up neatly so you can relax that last week and enjoy!

  • Unlimited contact with me throughout planning process - You have unlimited texting, emailing, phone calls, etc. with me through the rest of the planning process. I will also be checking in on you, usually on a monthly basis, to see if you need anything or if there’s any way I can help you at all.

  • Vendor management & confirmation - I will notify all your vendors one month before, introduce myself and verify all info with them. I will then continue communication with them over the next month as we iron out all details. You have the option to be included in on all of those emails, just the really important ones, or none at all!

  • Rehearsal management & coordination - If needed, I will run your rehearsal, including organizing the bridal party and making sure everyone is set for wedding day.

  • The Wedding Day - On your wedding day, you have me and my services all day long including, but not limited to - arrive early for setup of all decor, be on-call for you and your family during wedding day, oversee all vendors as they arrive, coordinate your processional (timed with music, etc. as we did at rehearsal), any and all behind the scenes moments during the ceremony, help direct guests from one space to the next, ensure your reception gets started and stays on the schedule you and I have created, tear down at the end of the night if needed**. Basically, be your eyes and ears throughout the entire day so it runs as you would want it too.

*Possible additional fees based on guest count over 175, elaborate decor, multiple venues or venue restrictions where I would need an assistant. There is a $40/hr. travel fee for any location over an hour from me (round trip) in Farmington Hills. For venues located 2 hrs. or more from me, please contact regarding pricing including lodging.

**Tear down is an additional $250.
